    Most people want to thrive, and most people are too busy and too stressed to know how or where to start. Even those who try to carve out
    some time or energy often fall short. They don’t get the results they want or don’t seem to be able to make real positive change stick for good.

    I use a holistic approach to health. In other words, I look at the person as a whole. All of the psychological, physical, and social issues that
    make you who you are today are taken into account.

    We work together on creating an effective action plan around your goals so that you achieve lasting results.  And it is all done in an easily
    integrated, comfortable, step-by-step approach.  I prefer to add healthy things into your life and crowd out your unhealthy habits gradually.

    I advocate a diet based on real, whole foods, built on a foundation of a rich variety of fruits and vegetables, but I don’t subscribe to a specific
    dietary dogma and encourage my clients to explore the vast world of food and movement without drinking the ‘kool-aid’ of any specific
    lifestyle philosophy. Every body is different and each of us must find what works best for our own unique ethics, goals and chemistry.
